Citrix protocol driver error netscaler


















 · In Citrix Receiver for Windows, go to Connection Center - Select your Server - Properties, and check for DTLS if you are connecting via NetScaler Gateway: On NetScaler Gateway: Go to Configuration NetScaler Gateway and click on ICA Connections.  · When attempting to launch an application after changing the static IP address of the XenApp server hosting the application, the following error message appears: “Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. Protocol Driver Error”. After upgrading one of the servers to XenApp VDA , users with Receiver version are unable to connect. Older receiver versions work fine, also upgrading to solves the issue. Receiver connects fine to VDA The issue only .


Hi guys, Bit of a newbie here, so please bare with me. Ive done a ton of googling on this, and Im honestly kind of lost. We have a Netscaler gateway virtual server that receives requests from public clients, then forwards them to our storefront server. These public users use www.doorway.ru I wa. 1- I have netscaler (Sorry couldn't find the forum for Netscasler 11 so I posted here). 2- Store front that is connected to XA and XA farms When I login through storefront I get the "cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp www.doorway.ruol driver Error".
